One of the trickiest ways of making vino, ice wines are created using a complicated and high risk process. The goal of all ice wine making is to get the grapes to freeze on the vine before they rot, making it a difficult process to predict. But when the nearly impossible is achieved, the result is absolutely delicious. Ice wines are sweeter, more robust wines which make them perfect to pair with dessert.

Watch along with our online pastry school chef as she teaches you about the unique spirit and shows you the best desserts or digestifs to pair with ice wines. From cheese and fruit to chocolate cake—there are all sorts of ways you can incorporate ice wine into your world!
