An Escoffier Online Culinary Arts student, Paige Thomason visited our sister school, Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts in Austin recently to meet with students and chefs. When Paige learned about our on site campuses in Austin, Texas and Boulder, Colorado she wanted to make a visit and learn more about the Escoffier schools she was now apart of. She knew that she would be in Texas for another engagement and thought it would be a perfect opportunity to stop by. Paige spent the day visiting the school’s garden, attending class with students and speaking with the chefs and staff.

At Escoffier Online we recommend that our students visit our ground campuses and spend a day in class with fellow Escoffier students. Hear about Paige’s experience and what she took away from her time at the school.
