Grilled Pork Chops Basted With Jack Daniels

Ingredients:
4 boneless pork chops — 1-inch thick
1 tbsp South Western Style Spice Rub
1-2 oz Jack Daniels BBQ sauce
1 oz.Jack Daniels Tennessee Whiskey

Method:
1. Wash and dry pork chops place in container and apply rub overall and on both side of chops. Store in the refrigerator for 6-8 hours or overnight.
2. Place chops on a kettle-style grill directly over medium-hot coals, baste top side with Jack Daniels Whiskey, lower grill hood and grill for 4-5 minutes.
3. Turn chops and grill for 4-5 minutes more, baste this side with Jack Daniels Whiskey also, and then brush some of Jack Daniels BBQ sauce over. Repeat on other side with sauce until chops are just done.
4. Internal temp of chop can be 145oF for medium well.
