Egg Fried Rice Recipe:

Ingredients:
Cooked long grain rice from 1 cup of raw rice
2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
1-2 scallions, thinly sliced
1-2 whole eggs
1 tsp chopped ginger
3 Tbsp corn oil
2 tbsp soy sauce, or as much as desired to achieve brown color
Hot mustard to taste as condiment
Cilantro sprigs

Procedure:
1. Cool cooked rice, heat wok or skillet add oil, heat until oil starts to swirl in pan
2. Add rice, cook on high heat, add garlic, ginger, cook a few moments then add eggs, scramble and incorporate into rice
3. Add scallions and soy sauce to achieve brown color
4. Serve with springs of cilantro
