Apple Strudel Recipe

Ingredients:
12 oz. Ganny Smith and Pink Lady apples peeled, cored and sliced
4 oz. brown sugar
1 oz. raisins
1 oz. Meyers Dark Rum
½ tsp. cinnamon
1 Pkg. Filo dough
8 oz. melted butter

Method:
1. Brush filo sheets one by one with melted butter, layering 6 sheets
2. Combine apples, brown sugar, raisins, rum and cinnamon
3. Place the filling on one side of the dough carefully roll pressing the filling together in the beginning
4. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment with the seam down and bake at 375 degrees for about 18 minutes or until golden brown in color
5. Let set for about 20 minutes before slicing and serving with caramel sauce and powdered sugar
