November Top Plating Photos

A monthly competition around student pictures is taking place each month. To encourage creative plating and culinary excellence, our mentors will be selecting one outstanding plating photo from each of the full programs, Culinary Fundamentals and Pastry Arts at the beginning of each month. Congratulations to the winners for the month of November, Tabitha Badams and Gloria Lorntzen! These students went above and beyond the grading requirements to create some exceptionally presented dishes, fit for a king!

Pastry Winner : Chocolate Genoise Cake by Gloria Lorntzen
Gloria did a wonderful job on the assignment. Skillfully making the genoise and baking it perfectly. Fabulous job finishing the cake. You created a decadent, delicious and appealing dessert, what a great finale. Excellent use of the previous assignments, vanilla crème anglaise, raspberry sauce and ganache.
