Nantucket Cranberry Pie
Kind of like a cake dressed up as a tart, the Nantucket Pie is one of our all-time favorite desserts. Perfect for every season, this concoction mixes classic flavors that-no matter how hot or cold it gets-means this dish never goes out of fashion. We like to start ours off with a delicious, buttery, flakey pre-made crust to give it the extra pie-feel. Then, add in the cranberries, nuts, sugar and top off with the delicious almond-flavored filling. Pop in the oven, let it cool and serve up with a big scoop of vanilla ice cream.
