Thomas Locilento is Director of Food Services for Alaris Health at Hamilton Park and helps to oversee Alaris at The Atrium. Recently, we sat down with Thomas who is the employer of  Escoffier Online Culinary and Pastry student, Zenn Tomokane to discuss online culinary education. Already having a culinary school background under his belt, Thomas sees that online education is where it is at. Due to people’s busy schedules and being unable to attend school full-time, online culinary training makes it possible for those looking to better their skills in the kitchen.

Supervising Zenn on a daily basis and watching him grow, Thomas can see the Escoffier online culinary program has benefited him in the work place.
