Egg yolk ravioli makes a lot of sense for a lot of reasons. One, eggs are delicious and we love cooking with them every way we can. Two, pasta is heavily egg-based. Three, egg yolks can be just as rich, flavorful and creamy as any Italian cheese. It’s really a no brainer. Fill delicious homemade pasta dough with an egg yolk, gently boil and enjoy with freshly shaved parmesan, basil and fresh tomatoes. Mastering a dish like this means you’re one bad cooking force that shouldn’t be messed with. So follow along with our international culinary school chef as he shows you how to make a homemade egg yolk ravioli from scratch.
