Cooking Channel Introduces "Best College Eats" Bracket Battle During March Madness
The NCAA basketball tournament known as March Madness has taken over the United States, and although online culinary schools don’t have competing teams, budding cooks can still get involved in the excitement. Many people decide to enroll in an online culinary course after receiving their bachelor’s degree from a traditional college, so it’s likely that culinary students have a favorite team that they are rooting for.
To help foodies engage even further, the Cooking Channel has created a bracket of its own. The “Bracket Battle: Best College Eats” tournament pits the best dishes from 32 college towns competing in the tournament against one another to decide once and for all which will take the top prize. Each round, you can vote on your favorites to help them advance to the next level until one winner is crowned.
You probably haven’t tried all of these dishes before, so the Cooking Channel also provided the recipes on its website. Take a look at the list and put your new cooking skills to good use by making them for yourself. With everything from chocolate chip cookies to Greek gyros, sausage dip and Cincinnati-style chili competing for the title, you’re sure to find a new favorite food in the process.
