Chefs Knife Skills Course

Once you are a student in the Escoffier Online knife skills course you will have access to 100+ knife skills videos, Escoffier recipe database and live Q&A sessions with professional chefs. Throughout the course you will receive chef mentor support and have your knife skills assessments critiqued by a professional chef. Once you have completed with the course you will walk away with a portfolio of your work and receive an Escoffier certificate of completion.
