Escoffier offers all students whether you are an enthusiast or careerist, professional advising. Whatever your end goal is for enrolling with Escoffier Online, we will have the personnel available to support your success.

  • We have chef mentors available from 9am-9pm CST every day of the week.
  • Live Technical Support from 9am-5pm CST during weekdays.
  • Personal representatives that every student will get to know very well throughout the course of their enrollment.

Be aggressive about receiving the support you expect and need. We understand that online education is a new experience for most of our students. Constant contact within the first month of a student’s enrollment is a high priority with us, and we want to make the transition into our program as smooth as possible.

With that being said, it’s very important to take responsibility for your success. If a recipe is not turning out like it should, call a chef mentor; if you’re having computer issues, call technical support. We’re all available but will not know you need help unless you reach out to us.
