Common sense and traditional home kitchen carry you a lot of that but there’s certain tricks and trades that can almost guarantee nothing will happen on your watch. After all, one small step and you could be dealing with a serious outbreak of foodborne illnesses which can be fatal in some cases. I know, no fun, right?
