Turkey Burgers

Ingredients
3 lbs ground turkey
¼ cup seasoned bread crumbs
¼ cup onion, finely diced
2 eggs, lightly beaten
¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp salt
¼ ts. ground white pepper
¼ tsp poultry seasoning

Procedure
1. In a large bowl, mix ground turkey, breadcrumbs, onion, eggs, parsley, garlic salt, pepper, and poultry seasoning.
2. Cook the patties in a medium skillet or grill over medium heat, turning once, to an internal temperature of 165°F.
