Escoffier Online Introduces The Inaugural Baking and Pastry Contest

Attention all current Baking and Pastry Students! Put your baking skills to test! 

Submit a Valentine’s Day themed baking and pastry related dessert or bread by February 28th. The recipe, along with a picture, need to be submitted via email to Chef Mark ([email protected]) and Chef Susie ([email protected]) no later than February 28th. There will be 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners. The prizes will be gift cards to Sur La Table and certificates of participation. Winning recipes will be posted on the blog and incorporated into the enewsletter. Chef Susie will also prepare the winning recipe and it will be posted on YouTube. The winning recipes will be announced on March 6th during Chef Susie’s webcast. If you have any questions, please contact Chef Mark or Chef Susie directly.
