The award-winning show The Balancing Act® airing on Lifetime TV welcomes Escoffier Online International Culinary Academy to the show. We will be making an upcoming appearance in a ‘Find Your Inner Chef’ segment slated to air on October 15th at 7:00 a.m. EST/PST, 6:00 am CST on Lifetime.

Chef Candy Wallace, Founder and Executive Director of the American Personal & Private Chef Institute and Association, will join the show to educate women on the culinary industry and the pastry arts, as well as how they can achieve an industry recognized culinary certificate online. Escoffier Graduate, Christa Ruvolo, will also join Chef Candy to discuss her journey throughout the program and prepare some delicious recipes for viewers.
