Applies only for the Diploma in Professional Pastry Arts and Diploma in Culinary Arts and Operations: One of the most popular questions we receive is, “how are assessments critiqued if a chef instructor is unable to taste the food?” The answer: you will taste your own food. The curriculum is set up to guide our students through the development of their professional palate, the most important tool a chef can have!
