Who Tastes The Food I Prepare?

Applies only for the Certificate in Baking and Pastry Program: One of the most popular questions we receive is, “how are assessments critiqued if a chef instructor is unable to taste the food?” You will taste your own food. The curriculum will guide you through developing your own flavor palate, one of the most important tools a chef needs. If you are opposed to tasting your cooking assessments, friends and family can critique and give you feedback for when you fill out your self-assessment for the assignment.
