1. Add it to your oatmeal
Oatmeal is already a great breakfast meal, so just think what adding peanut butter to it could do. Just combine 10 ounces of skim milk, 1 tablespoon of peanut butter and one banana in a blender and mix until smooth. If you prefer a thicker consistency, Fitness Magazine recommends adding six ice cubes.

4. Cook better pancakes
Eating plain pancakes all time can get boring, so try adding peanut butter and jelly to them. These pancakes will make your mouth water and keep you energized all day. To make this ultrasweet dish, you will need:

1. 1/2 cup of peanut butter
2. 2 cups of pancake mix
3. 1 1/2 cups milk
4. 2 eggs
5. 3/4 cups jelly

Stir the peanut butter, pancake mix, eggs and milk with a whisk until you achieve a smooth consistency. Then, pour the mixture onto a hot pan and cook until the pancakes are golden brown. Tablespoon suggests putting three pancakes together and spreading 1 tablespoon of jelly between every layer. Add the remaining jelly on top of the stacks for a treat that can’t be beat.
